Check In:
All members must check in at the Member Service Desk upon entering the facility and present their member ID.
Guests:
Guests are welcome in the facility when accompanied by a member at the time of check in. All guests are required to present a photo ID to enter the facility. The guest fee must be paid prior to using the facility.
IHRSA Membership Benefits:
The Executive Health & Sports Center is a member of IHRSA (International Health & Racquet Sports Association) which provides discounted access to over 4000 IHRSA clubs nationally and internationally. Access to IHRSA clubs are available through a Membership Coach. Visiting other clubs is a great way to continue exercising while away on business or vacation. Presentation of an Executive membership ID is required to utilize this Executive/IHRSA benefit.
How to Register for Programs & Activities:
Walk in registration is available during club hours. All registrations are on a first come first serve basis. Pre-registration is requested one week in advance for all programs. Telephone registrations are accepted with MC/VISA cards. Refunds, under each return policy may be obtained by submitting your registration receipt to the program coordinator and will be processed within 21 days.
Racquetball Court Bookings:
No fee required. You must wear eye protection and non-marking soles. Courts maybe booked up to three days in advance. One court may be booked per person, per phone call, per day. The individual reserving the court must be a player at the reserved time and court.Tournaments take precedence over standard reservations.
Tennis:
The member who reserves the court is responsible for the full payment of the court at the time of check-in. Courts may be reserved up to 6 days in advance. Cancellation of tennis court time must occur 24 hours prior to the reservation time. The tennis court fee will be charged to the member reserving the court time for all courts not cancelled within the 24 hour period. All tennis players must check in at the Member Services Desk. The member reserving the court must be a player on the reserved court. No black soled shoes on tennis court. Please do not bring food, open containers or beverages other than water on the court.
Lockers:
Are you tired of hauling equipment and tolietries back and forth? The solution is to rent a personal locker for 6 months or one year. Contact the Member Services Desk for more information.
Locker Rooms:
All male & female lockers are located on the lower level beyond the fitness room. We ask that you use the locker rooms to enter the upper level fitness center and studios. All personal belongings brought into the facility are done so at the members' and guests' risk. We recommend that all valuables be left at home and that personal belongings be locked up. Please help us maintain the cleanliness of our facility by storing all belongings in lockers and rather than on benches or on top of lockers. Any items hanging outside of lockers will be removed. Food is not allowed in the lockers rooms. Children under the age of 3 are allowed in the locker room with the parent of the opposite gender. Children ages 3 or older and accompanied by a parent of opposite gender are required to use the South End Bathrooms located by the basketball courts. Shower facilities are available in the South End bathrooms.
Tanning:
Each locker room is equipped with a tanning bed and booth. Tanning cards can be purchased at the Member Services Desk. We sell a variety of tanning packages to suit your needs. Please see the Member Services Desk for more details. Eye protection is required when tanning. Cleaning solution is provided for use before and after tanning.
Items for Rent or Loan at the Pro Shop or Member Services Desk:
The Pro Shop & Member Services Desk have many items available, such as tennis and racquetball racquets, for use free of charge or for a nominal fee. A member ID is required when renting equipment. ID's will be given back upon return of the item.

Lost & Found Policy:
Items lost or found should be reported to the Member Services Desk. Inquiries will be responded to within 48 hours. The Executive Health & Sports Center is not responsible for items lost or stolen in the facility.
Pool Rules:
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY AT ANYTIME. Please shower before entering. Refrain from the following: diving, jumping, running, shoving, and pushing. No glass, sharp objects, food, beverages, diapers, inflatable objects or open wounds in the pool or jacuzzi. Lane sharing is required at all times. Please refer to the rules posted in the pool area prior to using the pool and jacuzzi. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the pool area. Due to the temperature of the water, children under the age of 3 are not allowed in teh jacuzzi(s).
Studio Policies:
Members must be 13 years of age or older to participate in any group exercise class (unless designated as a junior program). If tardy to class, please enter the studio/class quietly and set up toward the back of the room. When more than ten minutes late for class, we ask members to seek alternative activities as it is unsafe to participate having missed the class warm up. Only non-marking sole shoes are allowed in the studios.
Fitness Rooms:
We offer orientations to members for equipment and classes. Members must be 13 years old to use the fitness rooms and its equipment (except when accompanied by a Personal Trainer during specific training). Most cardiovascular equipment located in the fitness rooms have a pulse monitor feature to monitor heart rate during workouts. Proper athletic attire and footwear are required in the fitness rooms.
Supervised Playroom Policies & Fees:
The playroom is staffed by mature, CPR trained individuals and is equipped with a variety of toys and games for member's children ages 3 months and older to enjoy. Fees are assessed per child which is recorded on each child's personal child care card. The card can be purchased at the Member Services Desk in various amounts. This card will be kept on file in the playroom and the attendant will be responsible for logging the time children are in the playroom.
There is a 2 1/2 limit per visit. Please be prompt, as a late fee or $6.00 per 1/2 hour over the limit will be charged. Each child must be a member to be eligible to use the playroom. If a child is not a member, a daily fee of $7.50 will be charged (this entitles the child usage of the entire facility including the playroom).

Parents must be members and must remain in the club at all times while children are in the playroom. For children's safety, we require that the same parent personally drop off and pick up his or her child/children. All parents must leave photo ID to be kept on file while the child is in the playroom. Children will not be released to anyone other than the parent who dropped them off.
