 Yoga: Yoga class can range from very gentle to challenging. Our trained instructors coach how to control thoughts and improve focus. Classes include plenty of movement with more of a physical challenge than one may expect.

Gentle Yoga:  A practice designed for all fitness levels and a gentle way to experience yoga practice.  Poses and Vinyasa sequences will offer many modifications.  Use of props will be used to assist with practice.

  • Yoga: Gentle in nature, our Hatha style yoga classes offer a variety of stretching , flowing and static postures. Focus is on concentrating inward to promote a deeper mind & body connection.
  • Vinyasa Yoga: An energentic, aerobic style of Yoga. Flowing postures and incorporation of Ashtanga sun salutations make this class somewhat challenging. This class is recommended for students with some familiarity of Yoga.

Pilates: To provide you with the highest quality of instruction, all of our instructors have been certified by STOTT PILATES ® .
The Joseph H. Pilates method of body conditioning is a series of exercises performed on a mat that stress the control of movement and stabilization while strengthening the abdominal and back muscles. Specific breath patterns are taught to ensure fluidity of movement. The result over time is improved posture that appears long and lean. People of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Regular attendance is recommended to achieve optimal results.

  • Pilates: Essential and intermediate exercises will be practiced. The fitness cirlce and/or the flexband may be utilized for added upper and lower body conditioning.
  • Power Pilates: A faster paced class that will safely challenge participants by intensifying the essential & intermediate mat exercises. It is recommended that one be comfortable with the essential & intermediate mat exercises before attempting this advanced level class.
  • Pilates Strength: Strength and core conditioning combined make this a challenging total body workout. Whether standing or working on the floor, this core conditioning class will focus on stabilization, strength and flexibility.
