Class Descriptions
Welcome to the Executive's comprehensive group exercise program! These programs are designed to keep participants motivated in a group setting and offer a variety of exercise classes to diversify workouts. All of our instructors are certified and committed to providing high quality, innovative classes that are safe and effective.

Before taking class, please keep in mind the following: Arrive to class on time and stay through the cool-down. Inform your instructor of any physical limitations. Wear the appropriate footwear and above all have fun! All classes are 55 minutes in length unless otherwise noted.
Beginner & All Level Classes:
Core: A 30-minute core conditioning strength class which will incorporate some STOTT PILATES based exercises.
Core Strength: Strength and endurance exercises designed in creative sequences and challenging drills that will cover all of the bases. Development of a strong, centered core will improve overall strength, endurance, balance, power and agility achieving a body that is strong and well defined.
Strength Train: Overall body conditioning exercises utilizing a variety of strength and functional equipment.
Zumba: An energetic and fun African, Hip-Hop, Latin and 
Cardio Tease dance class set to international music. Zumba is an interval based workout combining fast and slow rhythms that will sculpt and tone the entire body. Core exercises will be incorporated throughout the workout. This class is too much fun and should not be missed!
Intermediate Level Classes:
Kickbox: High energy motivation that combines all of the elements of martial arts based fitness. Basic kickboxing moves and drills will afford you an unbelievably challenging, yet fun workout! Class will offer various levels of intensity for each movement. Push yourself to the next level and kick some butt!
FIT: Functional Intergrated Training. This dynamic Boot Camp style class combines cardio and *Workouts may also include use of polymetric exercise, kickboxing, stability balls and the rebounder. Step: A high intensity yet low-impact workout utilizing the step bench.
strength training exercises into a fun intergrated workout! Exercise selection will be designed to improve overall core strength, stability and power.*
Strength Circuit: Strength training with a twist! This high intensity athletic strength conditioning class combines short cardiovascular segments & strength exercises utilizing a variety of equipment while focusing on strength, balance and core conditioning.
Advanced Level Classes:
Dance Step: We are taking it to a new level in this creatively choreographed advance level step class. The intensity will be kept high and the combinations will be broken down to ensure success & fluidity of movement. Prepare to be challeged both physically and mentally!
