Spinning® Class                                             

Spinning® is a moderate to high intensity workout for people of all ages and fitness levels. An indoor cycling class set to music, riders control their own intensity by adjusting speed and resistance load to meet their individual needs.

Through heart rate training, riders will learn the benefits of endurance, interval, race pace and strength rides.

Our instructors are all certified by Madd Dog Athletics- the original program as designed by Johnny G., the creator of Spinning®.
