Summer Weight Loss Challenge Contestants
"I knew it was time to change when I had to buy the next size up. I felt down on myself, but knew I had to do something. I signed up for the Summer Weight Loss Challenge and worked with a Personal Trainer three times a week. I learned how to incorporate exercise and healthy eating habits into my lifestyle.
